Issues addressed in this Donseed Scan 2.4.4.2 version

1. Send Now button cause template archives when initiate template sync more than 2000 

2. when pc was switched off during template sync in process cause template archives

3. During Sigma 5G templates sync from server, sometimes server stops responding cause templates to archives

4. Communication exception during donseed scan installing templates from export folder to Sigma 5G Reader cause template to archives    

5. Sync process was taking more than 1 hour for large number of templates, Batch processing has been added with new configurations. 
    ServerTemplateBatch: it accepts value of 0 OR 1 when set to 0 will revert back to previous method of requesting each template from server
                         When Set to 1 will consider batch config i.e ServerTemplateBatch.BatchSize = 4000 that means Donseed scan will get templates in batches of 4000. 
                         In case batch is less than 4000 donseed scan will download all at once to reduce load and engagement time with server  


6. If reader has 0 templates then stop archives on the server   

7. Add clear fingerprint templates from reader and export folder button to client and server version    
   
8. For Sigma 5G, each individual has two fingerprints on the reader. During template sync process, it appeared that sometimes reader grab
   one template but not the other that is about to reach the server, so reader try to process one available that is not possible so it gets archives on server, 
   it is similar to race condition. This has been fixed in donseed scan as it will holds the template in a folder until the second template is available
